A Ductless Indoor Unit That Never Gets a Coil Clean

A Perry ductless head with a rinsed filter can still have a filthy coil. We clean the coil, not only the washable screen the owner already rinsed.

A rinsed screen is not a coil clean

We still open Perry and Shady Grove ductless heads whose owners rinse the washable filter every month. The coil behind it is still matted. The head smells at start-up. The drain weeps. Taylor County humidity plus pollen will load a coil that never gets a real clean. The filter was never the whole job.

Coil and blower work belongs under ductless mini-split repair and installation. A head that will not cool at all still needs a diagnostic, not another rinse. Central systems with the same odor story stay on A/C repair and installation.

Kitchen grease and a shop office load faster

A head over a stove or in a workshop office will film sooner than a guest bedroom. Say that use when you book. We would rather schedule a coil clean than replace a board because the coil iced from restricted airflow.

Photograph the filter, the coil face if you can see it safely, and the drain outlet. Coverage is on Perry and the wider service areas list.

What to send

Filter photos and any odor or drip notes. Book through contact. More seasonal notes sit on the blog.

Clean the indoor coil. Rinsing the screen alone leaves the head dirty.
