Absolute legend of an install team. They encountered issues with our ancient air conditioning unit and navigated smoothly through them. Brian, Tanner, and Slade were very courteous and polite. Brian explained the unit and warranty very thoroughly. My family and I were very impressed by the company, from Mike coming out to do the estimate, the amazing Julie in the front office, and of course the install team. Would recommend them to anyone with air conditioning needs.
This job started with no cooling at a rental house. The old unit had a bad blower motor and was already aging hard. We priced both repair and replacement, and the customer chose a new system. The install happened the very next day. Read the full before and after.
After the work, the customer left a review that covered the whole path, not just the finished unit. They mentioned Mike on the estimate, Julie in the front office, and Brian, Tanner, and Slade on the install. They said the team was courteous, polite, and thorough about the unit and the warranty.
They also noted duct and vent repair and a thermostat install alongside the air conditioning replacement. A few bumps came up along the way, and the team made sure those were handled so the install stayed as smooth as possible.
Rental properties put extra pressure on timing. Tenants cannot wait through a long stretch of warm rooms while owners weigh options. Getting a clear estimate, a fast install, and a careful walkthrough of the warranty is how we try to make that easier for everyone under the roof.
